Terms of use
What intrail is, what it is not, and what you agree to by keeping a record here.
1. Intrail is a journal, not advice
Intrail records trades you have taken and computes statistics about them. It is journaling and analytics only — informational and educational, and not financial advice. Nothing here is a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any instrument.
Intrail is not a broker, an exchange, a fund manager, or an investment adviser. It does not hold your money, place orders, or manage anything on your behalf. Trading decisions are yours alone, and so are their outcomes.
Another person's record on intrail — however well corroborated — is a description of what they did, never a suggestion of what you should do. Past results do not predict future ones.
2. Your account
You need an account to log anything, and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Keep your credentials to yourself — anything done through your session is treated as done by you.
One person, one account. Accounts are not transferable, and a handle, once claimed, stays attached to the record it was claimed for.
3. A logged trade cannot be edited
This is the rule the whole product rests on. When you log a trade it is timestamped, and the entry, stop and target you claimed are checked against public market data. Afterwards those cannot be changed — not by you, and not by us. A record you could revise once the outcome was known would not be worth publishing.
Verification tiers are decided by the server from that evidence. They are not something you set, buy, or appeal.
4. What you publish, and to whom
Your record is private by default. Making it public or link-shared is your choice, and you can reverse it at any time.
A published record is published whole: every closed trade, including the losses. There is no setting that hides some and keeps others, because a record you can curate is a record nobody should trust.
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it to a feed or a circle you give us permission to store it and show it to the audience you chose — nothing more.
5. What you may not do here
Do not impersonate anyone, including us. Do not sell signals, solicit investment, manage other people's money, or present your record as an offer. Do not harass, threaten, or post other people's private information. Do not spam, scrape, or attempt to break the verification.
Every post, comment and account can be reported, and any account can be blocked. Blocking is symmetric and silent.
6. What we may do about it
We may hide a post or a comment, suspend an account, or remove one entirely when these terms are broken. Hiding is reversible, because a decision made on a false report has to be undoable. Reports themselves are kept as a record of what was decided.
7. Ending it
You can delete your account from Settings, without asking anyone. The account closes immediately: your profile stops resolving, your posts leave the feed, and your session ends.
For 30 days after that, signing back in restores everything. Once those 30 days have passed the erasure is permanent and cannot be undone. Your handle is never released to anybody else — links already shared must not start pointing at a different person.
8. Market data, and what we do not promise
Prices come from third-party sources. They can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and Indonesian equity data in particular is not real time. Intrail is provided as it is: we do not guarantee that it will be available, that a verification will succeed, or that any figure it computes is fit for a decision you are about to make.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, or anything else that follows from using or being unable to use intrail.
9. Changes, and how to reach us
These terms carry a version. If they change materially we will say so in the app; continuing to use intrail after that means the new version applies.
Write to support@intrail.app about anything here, including a complaint about another account.
